Meet the Team

Kelsey Decker
Kelsey Decker

My name is Kelsey Decker, and I have been a proud Las Vegas resident since 1991, witnessing both the city and my family grow alongside it. Corporate Impressions is a woman-owned, female-founded business established by my mother in 2003, built on creativity, integrity, and strong relationships. In 2025, I proudly stepped in to lead the company, continuing our family legacy with the same passion and care it was founded on.

As a stay-at-home mom, I was seeking a career that offered both flexibility and creative fulfillment. With a lifelong passion for art and design, joining Corporate Impressions felt like a natural evolution—allowing me to blend creativity, strategy, and meaningful connection. Watching our family business grow and thrive across generations has been both humbling and incredibly rewarding.

Customer service is at the core of everything I do. I believe our clients are not just customers, but partners—and often become part of our extended family. I take the time to truly listen to your needs, collaborate on thoughtful ideas, and create custom promotional solutions that go beyond the ordinary, delivering branded experiences that are intentional, memorable, and impactful.

Cheryl King
Cheryl King

Cheryl King is the original founder of Corporate Impressions, establishing the company in 2003 after entering the promotional products industry in 2000. With strong professional relationships and deep roots in the Las Vegas community, Cheryl quickly recognized an opportunity to build a company grounded in service, trust, and long-term partnerships.

She grew Corporate Impressions by working closely with major casinos and local businesses, delivering high-quality promotional solutions and exceptional customer service. Over the years, Cheryl cultivated lasting relationships with manufacturers and suppliers—many of which span decades—and built a reputation for reliability, creativity, and integrity within the industry.

After many successful years leading the company, Cheryl transitioned into semi-retirement, proudly passing Corporate Impressions to her daughter, Kelsey Decker. She finds great fulfillment in watching the next generation expand the business, grow the client portfolio, and continue the legacy of meaningful relationships that Corporate Impressions was built upon.

While enjoying semi-retirement—traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, and embracing life to the fullest—Cheryl remains actively involved behind the scenes. She continues to support the company by offering creative insight, assisting with product sourcing, and maintaining strong connections with trusted manufacturers, ensuring the same level of excellence is passed on to every client.
